@botteaap @zsmb13 the Dagger team announces it when they land a major change towards supporting KSP, but github.com/google/dagger/issue remains the issue to track for developers. The commit history does show constant work being done to move KSP forward, so hopefully the day is not too far.

FWIW You can customize your watching status to only notify of state changes so you won't be notified about every "any progress?" comment made on the issue :)
