@adityabhaskar @botteaap this has been the situation everywhere I've worked including on cross-platform stuff. The only solution that has worked is to just be shameless about it, if we're doing something on Android that I think is interesting I'm throwing that onto the weekly sync agenda myself and doing a demo.
